Responsibilities

• Provide directions and guidance to international warehouse subordinates in establishing daily routine job function and reporting methods.
• Support managers and stakeholders in day-to-day operations to ensure supply chain results.
• Support system troubleshooting in the international warehouse for smooth operation.
• Highlight issues and concerns from the warehouse to top management.
• Guide and mentor the local warehouse team on reporting requirements.
• Drive cross-functional teams to change processes and drive improvements.
• Analyse international warehouse distribution performance, capacity vs forecast, and propose operational changes.
• Collaborate with local warehouse manager on new project implementations and process changes.
• Review work processes and suggest solutions when issues arise.
• Foster inter-department relations and integrate warehouse with project plans and operations.
• Coach and guide the warehouse team on new project implementations such as warehouse shifting and stock take.
• Oversee project delivery and adjust to meet specifications and standards.
• Monitor progress and timelines for new assignments across teams.
