Job summary

You will work with internal teams and external partners, producing speeches and materials, while monitoring engagement and brand performance to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Communications or related field.
• 2–5 years in branding, marketing, corporate communications or PR.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in social media management and content development is an advantage.
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute personal branding strategies for the Executive Director.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, blogs, presentations, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate speaking engagements, interviews, events, and public appearances.
• Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to enhance online presence.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Assist in preparing speeches, presentations, articles, and other communication materials.
• Monitor brand performance and prepare reports on engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Support media relations and public relations activities where required.
• Ensure all branding materials align with the Executive Director's professional image and company objectives.
• Perform other branding and communication‑related duties as assigned.
