Job summary

Jaya Grocer, an affiliate of Grab in Malaysia, is hiring an HR professional to administer and execute compensation and benefits activities. You will manage employee medical insurance and outpatient benefits, act as the first contact for SOCSO claims, assist with salary benchmarking, and support performance appraisal and salary review exercises.

The ideal candidate has at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR/Business/Management, a minimum of 3 years in HR-C&B, strong data analysis and MS Excel

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business/Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR -C&B function.
• Strong in data analysis and reporting; Proficient in MS Excel.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Meticulous, proactive, and independent.
• Able to work in a team with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Administer the employee medical insurance and outpatient benefit.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee SOCSO benefit claims.
• Assist with salary and benefit benchmarking.
• Assist with annual performance appraisal, year-end performance bonus, and salary review exercise.
• Prepare compensation & benefits related reports/analysis as required.
• Support on various compensation/ remuneration projects including the design, communication, and implementation of new plans and programs.
• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
