Your Talent

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or equivalent.

Professional Experience: 1-2 years in Ecommerce Retail Operations; experience with Marketplaces and Systems is a plus.

IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge preferred.

Language Skills: Fluent in English and the local language, both written and oral.

Your Mission

This role ensures systems, processes, and personnel operate efficiently to deliver an exceptional customer experience on PUMA.com and marketplaces. Responsibilities include managing eCommerce platform technology, backend fulfillment, order management, logistics, and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a process-oriented mindset, and a passion for technology and value delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and implementing improvements for inventory, order flow, returns, and cancellations; owning the Order Management System.
  • Managing external development teams via JIRA and Confluence; documenting requirements and performing UAT.
  • Ensuring smooth eCommerce fulfillment operations, monitoring payment and fraud systems, and supporting customer service processes.
  • Leading projects with local and global stakeholders to execute the eCommerce roadmap.
  • Analyzing operational metrics, maintaining documentation, and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
