Job summary

Sunway Pyramid is seeking an Executive – Marketing (Advertising, Promotions & Public Relations) to develop and execute assigned A,P & PR projects, and to provide marketing support to tenants. The role also involves handling the rental of promotion spaces and seeking sponsorships to enhance mall programs.

EXECUTIVE – MARKETING (ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONS & PUBLIC RELATIONS)

• Sunway Velocity Mall

• i) Develop & execute assigned A,P & PR projects
• ii) Provide marketing support to tenants.
• iii) Handle rental of promotion spaces.
• iv) Seek sponsorships.
• v) Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
• vi) To comply with all company policies, including those related to OSHA regulations.
• vii) To adhere to workplace safety protocols, participate in safety training programs, and promptly report any safety hazards or incidents to Company.
• viii) Understands and applies all policies implemented by Sunway to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed, or stored.
• ix) Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Information Manager, or the PDP Officer.
• x) Complies with all Sunway policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters.
• xi) Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data.
• xii) Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately.
• xiii) Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy.
• xiv) Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible.
• xv) Provides full co-operation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• i) Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Certificate in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent.
• ii) Some relevant 1 to 2 years of work experience.
• iii) Demonstrate potential competency in marketing, advertising, promotions & events.
