Job summary

DKSH Malaysia in Shah Alam seeks a Data Analyst to own SADC KPI reporting, data extraction from SAP, and stakeholder communication. You will coordinate with SADC team to obtain performance data and prepare management reports for monthly and ad hoc reviews.

You will also drive data analytics for process improvements, collaborate with BU and clients, and present findings in business review meetings with clear actions and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Computer literate with access to information and reports.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate KPI reporting for SADC with stakeholders.

Description:

About The Role
Responsible for SADC KPI performance reporting and measurement analysis with various stakeholders, including the business unit, client, and customer.
Responsible for SADC monthly / weekly / ad hoc report extraction from SAP system for data analysis and sharing to related stakeholders.
Conduct presentation to the related stakeholders on business review meeting or related avenue.
Initiate improvement proposals based on data and KPI performance evaluation wherever necessary.

What You Will Deliver

• 1. All performance measurement processes:
  • a) Coordinate with SADC team to obtain performance data for analysis
  • b) Generate reports for SADC supply chain performance by defined category
  • c) Prepare and publish specific daily, weekly, and monthly management reports and presentations deck.
  • d) Ensure reports generated are accurate and presentable
• 2. Supporting Data Analytics for any process improvement projects
• 3. Liaison with BU, client and customer and other business units if necessary to support required data analysis.
• 4. Establish and maintain collaborative relationship with operation team, BU and business partners in perspective of data sharing.
• 5. Prepare and organize monthly business review for client with follow up promptly on the action items as discussed.
• 6. Handle special projects as assigned
  • a) Perform research activities to identify new solutions for logistical challenges
  • b) Provide recommendation for efficiency improvement wherever applicable

What You Bring

• Diploma/Degree of Supply Chain, Logistics or other similar field of study.
• Minimum 2 years and above
• Computer literate, with the capability to use systems for information access and report functions.
• Experienced in MS Office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Planning and implementation skills with emphasis on operational requirements and reductions of known bottlenecks.
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Compelling presentation skills
• Possess good communication skills to work with various background stakeholders.
• Willing to work in SADC Seksyen 26, Shah Alam
