Job summary

Sunway Medical Centre Damansara is seeking a dynamic professional to support business growth by managing relationships with insurance agents, corporate clients, and TPAs, and coordinating referrals for smooth patient access.

You will assist in proposals, marketing materials, and healthcare activities while building strong client partnerships across hospitals and clinics. Travel for client visits may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client relationship management. Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Healthcare, hospital, insurance, or TPA experience will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Customer-oriented, proactive, positive, and able to handle clients professionally.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to travel for client/GP visits; valid Class D driving licence is preferred.
