Allianz Malaysia is hiring for a health claims processor to review and process medical claims in line with policy guidelines. The role covers hospital admission and discharge, ensuring timely settlements and service standards.

You will support the Helpline and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to automate routine tasks. Ideal candidates have a medical/health science background and 2–3 years in healthcare claims, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication and meticulous attention to

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree in medical or health science related field.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in healthcare with claims knowledge.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsabilités

To assess and process all health/ medical claim for reimbursement in line with policy guidelines within authority limit
Responsible for the day-to-day 24/7 operations for guarantee facilities (hospital admission and discharge)
To be responsible for claim settlement and ensure payments are process within the agreed turnaround time and service standard
To support Helpline team with enquiries pertaining to medical reimbursement
Familiarity with using ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity
