Job summary

EON Berhad is seeking a driven Executive – Finance (Costing) to join our team in Shah Alam. You will assist in feasibility analyses, evaluate processes for improvements, and develop solutions to drive business performance.

You will prepare quotations and pricing for leasing and other projects, maintain cost compilations, and contribute to management reporting and budgeting activities. Proficiency in Excel and SAP is preferred, with strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a CGPA above 3.0.
• Experience in Big 4 firms is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing analyses for feasibility studies.

• Assist to prepare analysis and information for feasibility study
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate and uncover areas for improvement
• Develop and implement solutions for business improvement
• Ensure solutions initiative meet business needs and requirements
• Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of project
• Prepare quotation and pricing of leasing and other projects
• Maintain quotation and price compilation by weekly basis
• Provide routine pricing for Fleet Leasing
• Analyze Debtor’s aging and tie with Balance Sheet by monthly basis
• Assist to prepare analysis and information for Company Management Meeting / BOD Paper
• Prepare slides for Company Management Meeting and BOD Meeting
• Ensure the completeness of notes to the Management Accounts
• Prepare rolling of cash flow
• Assist to prepare statement of account, paper and slides for Annual Management Planning
• Maintain full set of accounts including preparation of management reports and relevant analysis
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory requirement and accounting standards
• Assist in preparation of budget and business plan
• Produce monthly management accounts within the established guidelines (GL, AP, AR & Tax)
• Reconciliation of General Ledger, debtors accounts and bank statement
• Process payment of commission & incentive, insurance and credit notes
• Preparation of monthly listing of expenses and monitor the insurance transaction on posting and payment
• Any other responsibilities and related duties as and when required by the Management.

Education &Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a CGPA above 3.0.
• Experience in big 4 firms is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with the SAP system is also an added advantage.
• Good communication skills (oral and written), both in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good interpersonal, liaison, leadership, and management skills.
