Yinson GreenTech, a leading green technology solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur, seeks an Executive, Finance to join our team. You will manage day-to-day financial operations including GL, AR, AP, and group consolidation, and support monthly closes and group reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong IFRS/MFRS knowledge. We offer a dynamic, diverse workplace with mentorship, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexible working hours.

Job Summary:

The Executive, Finance will be the key person in charge of preparing the day-to-day deliverables in finance operation in General Ledger, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable, monthly accountclosing and group consolidation, support finance improvement projects and Company initiatives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Group Consolidation.
• Preparation of monthly management reports at both Company and Group level, including financial accounts and business review presentations.
• Monthly analytical reviews of financial statements.
• Preparation of financial forecasts, projections, and the annual budget.
• Annual statutory audit process, including preparing audit schedules and liaising with external auditors during interim and final audits.
• Audited financial statements.
• Provisional and annual tax computations.
• Internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Provide assistance to other entities within the Group and participate in special projects as assigned.
• Perform any other duties assigned or directed by the reporting line from time to time.

Qualification and skills:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications.
• At least 1 - 3 years of related working experience.
• Ability to comprehend system behavior and strive for system automation in improving work processes.
• Able to express thoughts clearly and logically in both written and verbal communication.
• Able to work with other functional/ cross-functional teams.
• Self-driven, pro-active, meticulous, good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to multi-task and able to work under tight schedules.
• Good knowledge of IFRS/ MFRS and auditing standards.
• Experience in Big 4 or medium size accounting firms are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in any Enterprise Resource Planning and consolidation system will be an added advantage.
