Job summary

Dura Technology Sdn Bhd in Chemor is seeking a dedicated Personal Driver to transport the director safely to meetings, events, and other destinations. You will plan efficient routes, maintain the vehicle, and act as dispatch when the director is away, while assisting with urgent deliveries and keeping meticulous records.

The role requires minimum SPM, a valid Malaysian license, and willingness to travel. A strong safety record and confidentiality are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
• Valid Malaysian driving license with a clean driving record.
• Preferably Malay or Indian Non-smoker.
• Willing and able to travel outstation as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the director to meetings, events, and other locations.
• Plan efficient routes considering traffic and weather for timely arrivals.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular maintenance.
• Serve as primary dispatch when the director is out of the office.
• Assist other departments with urgent deliveries of documents and packages.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
• Log dispatch activities for tracking and accountability.
• Support director's personal errands and schedule logistics.
• Ensure safety of the director during transit and protect confidentiality.
• Adhere to traffic laws and company policies.
• Be available for extended hours, weekends, and public holidays.
