Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence and have a good driving record.
• Able and willing to travel outstation.
• Familiar with Penang, KL and surrounding areas.
• Proficient in using Waze and Google Maps.
• Punctual, disciplined, reliable and trustworthy.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Company Director to meetings, appointments and other destinations.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of the Company Director to and from designated locations, including outstation trips.
• Keep vehicle interior and exterior clean and well‑maintained at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is safe to drive.
• Plan routes to avoid traffic and navigate with Waze/Google Maps.
• Maintain records of receipts for vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Comply with traffic laws and speed limits.
• Work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required (OT pay provided).
• Do not use the company vehicle for personal purposes.
• Do not disclose confidential information; stay punctual, honest and trustworthy.
• Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to company rules and policies.
