Job summary

SP BINA BUILDERS (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Driver Cum Personal Assistant to support the Director with transportation and light admin tasks. You will drive to meetings, site visits and personal engagements, plan routes, and keep the Director's schedule organized.

The role requires a clean driving record, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and willingness to travel and work outside normal hours. You will need strong communication skills and a professional, discreet approach.

Qualifications

• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal/driver or similar role.
• Familiar with Negeri Sembilan, Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends/public holidays when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Director to and from the office, meetings, sites and events.
• Plan daily driving schedules and routes to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and upkeep; perform basic vehicle checks.
• Assist with daily administrative and personal matters as required.
• Manage the Director's appointments and daily activities.
• Run errands, document collection/delivery, banking and purchasing as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding Director's matters.
• Be flexible with working hours and travel arrangements when required.
