Job summary

KPJ Kuala Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to manage content across the hospital’s digital platforms, plan campaigns, and optimize online presence. You will lead SEO/SEM efforts, update website content, and generate leads through paid and organic channels.

The role requires 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, proficiency in SEO and Google/Meta ads, and strong content skills.

Qualifications

• Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience managing digital marketing platforms.
• Proficient in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva and CMS systems.
• Strong copywriting, content planning and analytics skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital reporting.
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the content calendar across SSHR’s digital platforms (website, social media, newsletters).
• Execute digital advertising campaigns (SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive traffic and leads.
• Monitor and update SSHR’s website content, online forms, and digital listings.
• Track and analyse digital performance metrics; prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Respond to online inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the Creative and PR teams for integrated digital campaigns.
• Benchmark competitor digital strategies and recommend improvements.
• Support digital promotions for healthcare packages and hospital events.
• Ensure digital content aligns with SSHR’s branding and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.
