Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize QSHE-related databases (incidents, audits, training, compliance, risk registers).
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, security, and confidentiality of all QSHE data.
• Develop and implement structured data collection, entry, and validation processes.
• Manage user access rights and system permissions for QSHE digital platforms.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret QSHE data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of incidents or non-conformances.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visual reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to communicate KPIs.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management for decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with IT and QSHE teams to integrate digital systems, automate reporting, and streamline workflows.
• Promote continuous improvement by leveraging data and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and company QSHE policies.
• Participate in audits and reviews to support data-driven quality and safety improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of QSHE data processes and system configuration.

About You
