Job summary

Gamuda Berhad is seeking an Executive for Digital Innovation & Database to enhance QSHE data systems through digital tools and analytics. The role focuses on data integrity, dashboard development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and compliance.

The incumbent will work with QSHE and IT teams to implement innovative tools (Power BI/Tableau) and maintain documentation on data processes and system configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of QSHE principles and ISO management systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
• Experience in database management and data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer QSHE databases and maintain data integrity.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate KPIs.
• Ensure data security and compliance with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with QSHE and IT teams to optimize processes.
• Research and implement new digital tools for QSHE.
• Document data processes and system configurations.
