Qualifikationen

• Degree holder.
• 1–2 years of experience in a compliance team with basic audit knowledge.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, quality management, internal audit; establishment/review of ISO is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support the superior in managing the company’s governance framework, integrity initiatives and document control systems.
• Assist in developing and implementing compliance programs, policies, and procedures to meet statutory/regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal audits to evaluate governance controls and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with departments to integrate ESG values into daily operations and sustainability goals.
• Coordinate with vendors, regulators and authorities for regulatory alignment and communication.
• Uphold CIA of governance-related information and ensure PDPA compliance.
• Work closely with team and other departments to meet time targets and KRAs.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by management.

Executive - Corporate Governance & Compliance Executive (Near to MRT)

Support the superior in managing the company’s overall governance framework, integrity initiatives and document control systems.

Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure departmental alignment with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Participate in internal auditing activities to evaluate the effectiveness of governance controls and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with various departments to integrate ESG values into daily operations, ensuring internal practices remain consistent with the company’s sustainability goals.

Support the superior in coordinating with third-party vendors, external regulators and statutory authorities to ensure seamless communication and regulatory alignment.

Uphold the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of all protected and governance-related information, ensuring strict adherence to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other relevant requirements.

Best effort to work closely within team members and inter-department members to complete task within stipulated time.

Ensure all deliverable task/project are according to target and KRA.

Perform any other reasonable and lawful duties assigned by the superior/ Management.

Job Requirements:
