Job description

Lead and manage chefs and kitchen teams across multiple outlets.

Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and standards.

Create and develop menus, recipes, and food specials.

Monitor food quality, food costs, wastage, portions, and inventory.

Ensure kitchens operate efficiently and profitably.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.

Train, motivate, and develop kitchen team members.

Monitor kitchen productivity, staffing, and performance.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new food trends and opportunities.

Support food promotions and new menu concepts.

Ensure kitchen equipment and operations are safe, clean, and well maintained.
