You will drive to meetings, appointments and events, plan routes, and ensure timely arrivals while keeping the vehicle clean and well-maintained. You must be discreet, well-presented and able to communicate effectively with senior management and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Personal Driver/EA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office apps.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual transport for the Executive Chairman.
• Drive to meetings, appointments, events and other destinations.
• Plan routes and use navigation apps to ensure timely arrivals.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and good condition of the vehicle.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and coordinate servicing when needed.
• Assist with errands and document collection as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Be available for outstation travel when required.
