Job summary

Ikhlas Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a professional Personal Driver to provide dedicated transport for the management, ensuring safety, comfort, and discretion across meetings, events, airport transfers, and other appointments. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and a flexible on-call schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

You will maintain vehicle readiness and document mileage, fuel usage, and expenses.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a personal or executive driver preferred.
• Familiar with local routes and traffic conditions.
• Ability to work irregular hours / on-call basis.
• Professional demeanor, discretion and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, smooth, and timely transportation for management.
• Be on standby based on daily schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic to ensure punctuality.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and coordinate maintenance.
• Handle ad hoc errands and assist with luggage as required.
• Keep records of mileage, fuel, and expenses.
• Ensure vehicle documentation is up to date.
