Responsibilities

• Safely transport the Board of Directors to and from meetings, appointments, and events.
• Plan efficient routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures, considering traffic and delays.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the assigned vehicle and ensure it is in excellent working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance checks including fueling, oil changes and tire inspections.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role, respecting BOD privacy.
• Assist BOD with tasks such as errand running, correspondence handling or reservations as requested.
• Provide high-level customer service and communicate professionally with executives and clients.
