Job summary

KCJ ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. requires a professional Personal Driver to support the Managing Director with safe, punctual transportation across Malaysia.

The role involves planning routes, keeping the vehicle well‑maintained, and ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all business and personal movements. You will drive to offices, meetings, corporate events, site visits and airports, while monitoring conditions, maintaining records, and remaining calm during emergencies or delays.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class D Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Driver or similar role.
• Experience serving Senior management or high-level executives is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of roads in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and major areas in Malaysia.
• Solid understanding of defensive driving and road safety.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional, reliable, and punctual transportation to the Managing Director.
• Drive MD to office, meetings, events, site visits, airports and other destinations.
• Plan and monitor travel routes, considering traffic, closures and safety.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance; arrange servicing as needed.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and track maintenance, fuel usage, tolls and expenses.
• Stay vigilant for safety and security during movements with the MD.
• Assist with luggage, documents and other items as required.
• Display discretion and calm decision-making in emergencies.
