Responsibilities

• Support the Accountant in monitoring the operations and performance of multiple group companies.
• Compile, analyze, and summarize financial, operational, and management information.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries for management review.
• Coordinate with managers and departments to collect accurate and timely information.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks, action items, and project deadlines.
• Track business performance, identify issues, and highlight potential risks or improvement opportunities.
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, planning, and special business projects.
• Prepare meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and monitor the implementation of agreed action plans.
• Organize and maintain business records, reports, and confidential documents.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, workflows, and operational efficiency using digital tools and AI.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Accountant.
