Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Finance Analyst to support management in financial planning, performance analysis and financial decision-making. You will prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports to guide business choices.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and other departments, provide variance analysis, financial insights and recommendations to management, and monitor cash flow and working capital as part of business planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant finance or business analysis experience.
• Strong Excel, analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
• Analyse sales, costs, profitability and business performance.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
• Monitor cost control, cash flow and working capital.
• Support business planning, financial modelling and new business initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and other departments on financial matters.
• Supervise and guide finance team members where required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
