Jora Malaysia is seeking a hands-on Personal Assistant/Executive Assistant to support the Director with day-to-day business activities in a fast-moving design and renovation environment in Selangor.
You will accompany the Director to meetings, take notes, manage schedules, liaise with clients and internal teams, and handle confidential information with professionalism. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin preferred; own transport required.

This is a hands-on role supporting the Director with day-to-day business activities. You will work closely with the Director, clients and internal teams, providing personal and executive support in a fast-moving working environment.
Provide day-to-day personal and executive support to the Director
Accompany the Director to client meetings, site visits, appointments and business activities when required
Take clear notes during meetings and keep track of important discussions, instructions and action items
Follow up on tasks assigned by the Director and ensure matters are completed within the required timeline
Manage and coordinate the Director's schedule, appointments, meetings and daily arrangements
Assist in communicating and coordinating with clients, designers, site teams, suppliers and other relevant parties
Keep the Director updated on pending matters, deadlines and important follow-ups
Assist with documents, information preparation and other administrative matters when required
Handle ad-hoc tasks and day-to-day business matters assigned by the Director
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company, client and Director-related information
Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Fast learner with good problem-solving ability
Able to multitask and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
Comfortable meeting clients and communicating with different parties
Willing to accompany the Director for meetings, appointments and site visits when required
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Possess own transport and a valid driving licence
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary or similar role is an advantage
Experience in the interior design, renovation or construction industry will be an added advantage
