UNITAR International University is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) initiatives within the APEL Centre. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and assuring quality across the APEL ecosystem to position UNITAR as a leading institution in recognition, assessment, and accreditation of prior learning and experiential knowledge.
The role involves assisting the Director in growing market reach, recruiting candidates, developing
APEL Centre is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the University's Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (APEL) ecosystem. The role will lead the development, implementation, quality assurance and growth of APEL-related initiatives, ensuring that UNITAR is positioned as a leading institution in the recognition, assessment and accreditation of prior learning and experiential knowledge.
Assist the Director end-to-end APEL value chain, including market development, candidate acquisition, counselling, assessment, portfolio development, assessment centre operations, assessor management, quality assurance, MQA compliance, articulation and progression pathways, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
Assist the Director to Develop strategic partnerships that expand reach and contribute to enrolment, revenue generation and institutional positioning.
Support research and knowledge creation with the APEL Director.
