Confidential Careers is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support its Staffing Operations team in Malaysia. The role centers on data management, reporting, analysis, and cross-team coordination, with a strong emphasis on Excel proficiency and handling large datasets.

The ideal candidate will produce accurate reports independently, build dashboards, and contribute to automating manual reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 1–2 years in reporting, data analytics, operations, or a similar role.
• Excel skills: XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and nested formulas.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Experience with Power BI, VBA, or reporting automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze staffing data using advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and data trackers.

This role focuses on data management, reporting, analysis, and coordination with internal teams. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to produce accurate reports independently.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with Power BI, VBA, or reporting automation is an advantage.
