  • Provide operational support for defined business processes, including TOMEs, Product Detailing and TPRM, by guiding stakeholders on process requirements and consistent ways of working.
  • Coordinate event-related resources and workload throughout the year to meet business demand, manage seasonal peaks, and enable effective field-team engagements.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, improve events and business processes through data, digital tools, and the responsible use of AI.

  • Country / territory: Malaysia LOC.
  • Functional scope: Event management operations and selected business processes, including TOMEs, Product Detailing, TPRM and related SOP-driven activities.
  • Stakeholder scope: Works with Commercial, Medical, Access, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, and other LOC stakeholders to clarify roles, responsibilities, and process execution.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
