Job summary

OE Group Sdn Bhd is seeking an on-site Video Producer/Editor to lead event shoots and create engaging short-form content. You will handle shooting, editing, and post-production tasks, delivering content that aligns with campaign goals.

The role requires 1 year of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Expect weekend or evening shoots as needed and collaboration with internal teams to ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in video shooting and editing.
Portfolio submission required, preferably including event coverage and promotional videos.

Responsibilities

Lead or independently execute on-site video shoots for events such as forums, press conferences, roadshows, dinners, interviews and promos.
Ensure high-quality footage via camera movement, framing, and composition.
Select and organise raw footage for editing and delivery.
Edit videos with voice-over, music, subtitles, color correction, and basic visual effects.
Deliver polished final video products that meet campaign goals.
Adapt content for landscape and portrait formats across 15s, 60s, and 2min formats.
Manage equipment: photography, videography, lighting, audio; advise on upgrades.
Collaborate with internal teams on project objectives and content strategies.
