Job summary

Griffin Bc Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is hiring Event Supervisors to lead a team of promoters, manage promotional roadshows, and ensure smooth event execution. The role offers exposure to promotional campaigns and hands-on event management experience in a busy environment.

You will train staff, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company standards while handling event logistics, reporting, and material distribution. English and BM communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification and own car with valid driving license.
• Able to converse and write in English & BM.
• Car allowance and reimbursement for work-related travel.
• Yearly increments and bonuses.
• Overtime pay, EPF, and SOCSO contributions.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor promoters, provide performance evaluations.
• Oversee promotional events, ensure compliance with company standards.
