Job summary

Griffin Bc Corporation Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a hands-on events promoter supervisor to manage activation at outlets across retail locations. You will recruit promoters, provide training, and secure approval from outlets before placement.

You will be involved in event operations, respond to requests, and maintain detailed event reports. The role requires independent workers with good English and BM, and a valid driving license with own transport.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree.
• Possess own transport (car) with valid driving license.
• Caliber, independent, hardworking, serious and committed to the job.
• Able to converse and write in English & BM.
• Locations include retail stores, shopping malls, and outdoor venues.
• Working days: Monday to Sunday, with one day off.
• Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM with flexible routing. No office attendance needed on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle supervision of promoter activation at outlets.
• Recruit promoters, training, getting the approval from outlet before placement.
• Hands-on operation.
• Responding to requests and keeping a detailed report of the event.
• Help organize any necessary emergency response at events, among other duties.
