Job summary

Cook Pro Manufacturing Sdn Bhd – Semenyih, Selangor is seeking a proactive and organised Event Operations & Roadshow Executive to plan, coordinate and manage company events from preparation until completion.

The successful candidate will handle roadshows, exhibitions, bazaars, retail activations, mall events, product launches and product-sampling activities with focus on operations, logistics, vendor coordination, manpower arrangements and on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations, roadshows or marketing activations.
• Experience handling mall events, exhibitions, bazaars, product launches or sampling activities is preferred.
• Strong communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel and work on weekends or public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events from the preparation stage until completion.
• Prepare event schedules, floor plans, checklists and manpower arrangements.
• Coordinate booth setup, equipment, product stocks and promotional materials.
• Conduct site visits and ensure all event requirements are properly arranged.
• Supervise event setup, daily operations and dismantling activities.
• Ensure events are carried out according to the approved schedule and budget.
• Handle and resolve operational issues during events.
• Communicate with event organisers, mall management, vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain and compare quotations for event-related services.
• Negotiate prices, packages and event requirements.
• Coordinate delivery, transportation, accommodation and other logistics when required.
• Maintain updated records of vendors, suppliers and event organisers.
