Job summary

Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. is seeking an experienced events and marketing professional to lead APAC region initiatives. You will plan and execute corporate events, align them with brand strategy, and manage vendors, budgets, and timelines.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and willingness to travel internationally to support regional teams and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above with 4+ years in marketing; energy industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage event timelines and budgets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with vendors and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing promotions; plan and execute APAC activities.
• Plan and execute high-impact corporate events: product launches, exhibitions, seminars, keynotes, executive meetings.
• Align events with brand strategy and annual marketing plans.
• Manage vendor relationships, logistics, timelines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet event objectives.
• Support APAC countries with local event planning and resources.
• Candidate with additional digital marketing experience will be a plus.

Job description

• Be responsible for marketing promotion in the region, plan and execute key marketing activities in the Asia-Pacific region.
• Proven track record in planning, organizing, and executing high-impact corporate events such as product launches, exhibitions, seminars, keynotes, and executive meetings, preferably in the digital energy, technology, or other related sectors.
• Align event activities with overall brand strategy and annual marketing plans. Ensure that all corporate events reflect company's core values and messaging, driving awareness and establishing a strong brand presence in the digital energy sector.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with vendors and external partners. Ensure smooth collaboration with suppliers to manage event logistics, timelines, and budget.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that event objectives are met.
• Assist countries within the Asia-Pacific region in organizing local events, providing guidance, resources, and support. Help local teams plan and execute events aligned with regional goals and strategies.
• Candidate with additional digital marketing experience will be a plus point.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, 4 years or above marketing experience, energy industry marketing experience is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics, ensuring successful execution of events with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
