• Replenish drinks and change glasses during break time.
• Clear soiled dishes, glasses, tables, and chairs after functions.
• Count and send soiled linen, napkins, and towels to the laundry.
• Obtain requisition supplies and materials from various functional areas.
• Clean and polish glassware, chinaware, and silverware.
• Arrange function rooms and set tables according to details.
• Ensure AV equipment is properly set up for events.
• Inform superiors of repair needs in function rooms.
• Serve food according to the agreed menu.
• Serve courses courteously and efficiently.
• Return materials and equipment to the corresponding departments.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
