Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team and grooming/attire maintained.
• Communicate with guests and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Set up banquet areas per group requirements and company standards.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees.
• Develop positive working relationships and support the team to reach goals.
• Follow all safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address needs; assist guests with disabilities; thank guests.
