Responsibilities

• Design event visuals including Key Visual, backdrops, banners, signages, invitations, and brochures
• Create static and digital graphics for social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all event materials
• Prepare design mock-ups, proposals, and presentation slides for client pitching
• Adapt key visuals to various formats and sizes for both print and digital
• Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure accurate production of materials
• Assist in layout design for event booklets, name tags, and event collateral
• Provide support during event setup for graphic-related requirements
