Job summary

Executive Recruiters Malaysia is seeking a talented creative lead for event projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage the development of concepts from briefing through final execution, delivering high-impact spaces.

The role requires producing 3D renderings, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring outputs align with brand guidelines while meeting timelines and budgets. Travel locally and internationally may be required to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior design role (Senior Designer or 3D Designer).
• Strong portfolio with advanced design skills including technical drawings and 3D visualisations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in English.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines; travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Act as the creative lead for new event projects from briefing to execution.
• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualisations of spaces, structures, and installations.
• Work closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors throughout the design and production process.
• Interpret and adhere to clients' brand guidelines, ensuring outputs align with the approved identity.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather requirements and develop 3D designs for fabrication.
• Conceptualise and design event interiors in line with the approved creative direction.
• Deliver design briefs efficiently within project scope, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate on ideation with mood boards, mock-ups, and digital concepts.
• Undertake additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Collaborate with team members on ideation, including mood boards, mock-ups, and digital concepts, translating ideas into practical and visually impactful solutions.

Undertake additional duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements
