Job summary

White Shark Event Malaysia seeks a talented Graphic / 3D Designer to join our creative team. Design event visuals including backdrops, banners, signages, invitations and brochures while upholding corporate brand standards.

Create static and digital graphics for social media, websites and email campaigns; ensure visual consistency across all materials; prepare mockups for client pitches and coordinate with printers and vendors during production; assist during event setup with graphic requirements.

Qualifications

• Graphic Design and Logo Design skills
• Creative thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Understand corporate identity and brand consistency
• Knowledge of print production processes and assets
• Experience in the event industry
• Experienced with corporate clientele
• Experienced in 3D is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design event visuals including Key Visual, backdrops, banners, signages, invitations, and brochures
• Create static and digital graphics for social media, websites, and email campaigns
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all event materials
• Prepare design mock-ups, proposals, and presentation slides for client pitching
• Adapt key visuals to various formats and sizes for both print and digital
• Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure accurate production of materials
• Assist in layout design for event booklets, name tags, and event collateral
• Provide support during event setup for graphic-related requirements
