Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a talented event designer to generate creative ideas and develop 3D concepts for event design and fabrication, and to prepare and present design proposals to clients.

You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with the production and operations team to deliver event setups, and attend site visits to ensure design execution meets expectations. Travel to event sites will be required, with a preference for candidates based in or near Petaling Jaya.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the event industry.
• Experience in lifestyle, brand activation, exhibition, roadshows, or experiential events is highly preferred.
• Candidates with only conference/event management experience are less preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong creativity with the ability to translate ideas into impactful event concepts.
• Excellent presentation and client communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to travel to event sites for setup and execution.
• Prefer candidates who are based in or near Petaling Jaya.
