A. Delivery Assistant

Objective of the Role

The Delivery Assistant acts as frontline support to help company deliver vehicles efficiently, professionally, and with a high-quality customer experience.

• Ensure each customer receives a smooth, stress-free vehicle delivery.
• Support the delivery team by preparing vehicles and documentation in advance.

Responsibilities

• Host on-site vehicle handovers.
• Assist with documentation & delivery prep
• Support Sales & Service teams with ad-hoc tasks

B. Sales Advisor (Part Time & Full Time)

Objective of the role

Sales Advisor plays a key role in promoting company missionby driving electric vehicle awareness, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the brand’s expansion in Malaysia. The role focuses on educating customers about company vehicles and technology, managing the full sales process, and ensuring a smooth handover for new owners.

Responsibilities

• Provide price quotations, financing options, insurance packages, and trade-in information.
• Follow up with high-potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, or appointments.
• Support customers in ordering vehicles through online platform (as company uses digital purchasing).
