Job summary

Autoraya Utara Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the after-sales operations at iCAUR Rawang 4S, ensuring customer satisfaction and high service quality while driving efficiency.

The role oversees service centre and workshop activities, leads service advisors and technicians, coordinates servicing, warranty work, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost retention and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive after-sales or service centre operations.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in an automotive workshop or authorised dealership is preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of workshop operations, warranty processes, and customer service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Electric Vehicles (EV) or authorised automotive dealerships will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service centre and workshop operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
• Lead, manage, and motivate Service Advisors, Technicians, and after-sales personnel.
• Monitor workshop productivity, service performance, and after-sales KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repair, and warranty-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with the Parts Department to maintain efficient spare parts availability and inventory coordination.
• Implement continuous improvements to enhance service quality, customer retention, and operational performance.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
