PwC Malaysia is seeking a Manager for the Internal Firm Services team to provide dedicated investigation and case-management support to the Malaysia Ethics & Business Conduct Committee (EBCC). You will collaborate with EBCC Partners and senior leaders to deliver fact-finding, documentation and remediation tracking while strengthening ethical culture.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Law, HR, Industrial Relations, Business, Risk, Compliance or a related discipline.
• Experience in in-house legal, employee relations, ethics & compliance, investigations or professional services would be an advantage.
• Experience in workplace investigations and Malaysian industrial relations matters.
• Strong interviewing, investigation and fact-finding skills.
• Good understanding of Malaysian employment and industrial relations matters.
• Sound knowledge of procedural fairness and principles of natural justice.
• Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to interact with senior stakeholders on sensitive conversations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary case manager for investigations coordinating initial assessment, planning, fact-finding, reporting and closure with Human Capital and other relevant stakeholders.
• Review Speak Up reports, identifying key issues, risks and investigation requirements.
• Prepare clear, objective investigation reports that distinguish allegations, evidence, findings and recommendations, and present case updates to the EBCC.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making; EBCC Partners retain accountability for all key judgments and decisions.
• Track agreed remediation actions, responsible owners, target dates and completion evidence, and elevate overdue or unresolved actions to the EBCC.
