Job summary

Accenture PLC in Malaysia seeks a senior investigator to lead corporate compliance investigations arising from misconduct reports across CoBE channels. You will coordinate notification, recording, and reporting while working with senior leadership to assess legal risks.

Reporting to the C&E APAC Regional Lead - Corporate Investigator, you will oversee investigations, provide strategic risk guidance to HR and leadership, and collaborate with internal/external resources to address misconduct

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree or be a practicing solicitor.
• Experience in investigations (workplace, employment, or government).
• Ability to advise senior leadership on risks and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Actively assist and/or conduct CC investigations and personnel-related misconduct.
• Oversee legally privileged investigations, define scope, interview, and report.
• Provide leadership guidance to HR and organizational leadership on risk and remediation.
• Collaborate with internal/external resources to address misconduct allegations.
• Draft analyses addressing risks of CC-related misconduct and advise on remedies.
