Job summary

Businesslist seeks an experienced compliance and risk leader to advise on ABAC, ethics and policy implementation in APAC. The role requires evaluating third‑party risks, sponsorships, and government-linked activities with strong stakeholder engagement.

The incumbent will train teams, promote a culture of compliance, support privacy-related tasks, and drive policy development across regions while maintaining high standards under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Vietnamese.
• Strong presentation, networking and influencing skills.
• Confident in facing challenges and managing conflicts under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Advise on compliance risks and provide training for region on FCPA policies and related laws.
• Support ethics and compliance program development and policy implementation.
• Perform risk analyses of third parties across APAC to identify ABAC risks.
• Review sponsorships and donations for red flags and policy alignment.
• Develop actionable risk mitigation recommendations and monitor transactions for non-compliance.
• Engage stakeholders across business groups to align on mitigation actions and controls.
• Assist privacy needs in APAC and coordinate data protection activities.
