Job summary

Spring Pharma Sdn Bhd is seeking Ethical Sales Representatives for Klang Valley & Johore to drive sales and marketing activities, delivering product presentations to healthcare professionals and expanding the customer base. You will review KPI performance with the Ethical Manager to ensure effective execution and achieve territory targets.

Ideal candidates have a degree in Science or related fields and at least 3 years of healthcare sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Science, Food Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience dealing with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Experience in selling Nutrition products/Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices is an added advantage.
• Strong business awareness, analytical, planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented and able to travel independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
