Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in live event production management or related field.
• Experience scoping live event projects and building budgets.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and external suppliers.
• Formal education in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope live event productions from concept to finished product.
• Build and control production budgets across projects.
• Own vendor, rental, and service-provider relationships and RFPs.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met for events.
