Job summary

EFG (ESL FACEIT Group) is seeking a Content Manager, APAC to lead the APAC Video Content team. You will oversee editors and producers across projects from pre to post-production, coordinating with global teams to uphold high-quality workflows.

You will drive budgeting, scheduling, vendor negotiations, and collaboration with the Product team to improve cost efficiency and feasibility for events and content periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in video services or production management.
• Experience leading a team.
• Proficient with video editing tools and production workflows.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day APAC Video Editors & Content Producers.
• Primary contact for internal stakeholders on content production.
• Handle scheduling, budgeting, and external vendors.
• Support Product team with cost efficiency and feasibility.
• Coordinate on-site and studio productions during events.
• Maintain content production calendar and resource planning.
• Prepare reports on achievements and challenges.
