Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in large-scale events, marketing operations, or studio productions.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar project budgets with strong attention to detail.
• Natural problem solver who can organize complex tasks and keep teams on track.
• Expert knowledge of project management platforms (Monday.com, JIRA) and Excel for budget tracking.
• Ability to translate production needs into clear tasks and report status to leadership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live-event environment with non-negotiable timelines.

• Budget oversight and financial control across large-scale events and studio productions.
• Cost tracking, invoicing, payments, and internal accounting compliance.
• Forecasting spend velocity and identifying budget risks or overages.
