Job summary

Job description

• Undertake regional business targets, decompose performance indicators layer by layer, track team task completion status, and ensure the steady growth of regional project output and business benefits.
• Track Southeast Asian esports industry trends, local user preferences and competitor dynamics, optimize event forms and operation strategies, and improve event influence, viewing data and user experience.
• Take charge of the daily management, performance assessment, business training and team building of the Southeast Asian local operation & execution team, build an efficient and professional regional execution team.
• Collaborate efficiently with the headquarters, domestic project team, synchronize regional project progress, risks and demands.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or related fields
• 10+ years of independent esports event full-process operation and management experience, familiar with Southeast Asian esports market rules, local event execution standards and industry resources; have successful cases of large-scale esports tournaments or brand esports event delivery.
• Excellent logical thinking, overall planning and emergency response capabilities, able to efficiently solve complex problems in project execution and team operation; strong data sensitivity, business awareness and result-oriented working attitude.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; based in Malaysia, able to adapt to Southeast Asian regional business travel.
• Deep passion for esports industry, familiar with mainstream esports games and local Southeast Asian esports ecology; proactive, responsible, able to bear high-intensity work pressure during event periods.
