Job summary

QSR Brands (M) Holdings Bhd is seeking a Sustainability Executive to drive the company’s ESG initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will monitor ESG performance, support reporting, and collaborate across finance, operations, and supply chain to advance environmental, social, and governance goals.

The role involves supporting data collection, validation, and the preparation of sustainability reports in line with Bursa Malaysia requirements and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science/Technology, Environmental Management, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Sustainability, ESG Reporting, Environmental Management, Corporate Strategy, or Climate Change/ESG-related roles.
• Experience in food & beverage, retail, hospitality, or consumer goods is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of GHG Protocol and carbon accounting.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the sustainability roadmap and ESG initiatives and reporting.
• Coordinate sustainability projects across business units, restaurants, supply chain and corporate functions.
• Monitor progress against sustainability targets and KPIs.
• Assist in data collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data.
• Develop dashboards and performance tracking mechanisms.
• Prepare sustainability presentations and briefing materials.
• Engage with stakeholders and sustainability consultants.
